WHO IS JOAN FARRELL WISHER?

Joan was one of the first two females ever to graduate from the Massachusetts State Police Academy as a "Trooper".  Being the first presented some challenging situations but one proved so unjust that she was forced to stand up for herself.  She never realized that standing up for what is "right" and "just" would come with such a high price.  She never realized her biggest adversary in life would be...the Massachusetts State Police.

The only trooper to be denied both a job and retirement pay...her punishment for speaking the truth. This is Joan's story.
